Ingredients:
1.Chilly-10
2.Gram flour-1 cup
3.Maida-1/4 cup
4.Salt-to taste
5.Asafoetida-1 tea spoon
6.Red chilli powder-1/4 tea spoon
7.Oil
Preparation:
1.Mix ingredients 2-6 with water to form a thick batter.
2.Dip the chilly in the batter and deep fry.
3.Serve along with tomato sauce.
