Ingredients:
- Crab(cleaned)-4
- Small onion-1 cup
- Garlic-10
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1 table spoon
- Turmeric-1/2 tea spoon
- Salt
- Fennel (perumjeerakam) powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Coconut oil
- Curry leaves
- Coconut milk-2 table spoon
Preparation:
- Grind the ingredients 2-5 into a thick paste.
- Heat oil(2 table spoon) in a pan.
- Add the above paste into it.Saute well.
- Add salt and fennel powder into it.Mix well.
- Pour some water(1+1/2 cup) into it.Cook well.
- Add crab pieces into it.Cover with a lid and cook well.
- When gravy becomes thick add coconut milk into it.Cook well.
- Off the flame and pour 1 tea spoon coconut oil and curry leaves.
- Mix well.
- Serve hot along with white rice.
